Legal administrative support for lawyers who just need someone who gets it.
Experienced and reliable assistance for busy sole practitioners.
Meet Dana
Hey, I’m Dana, the face behind Dana Will Virtual Assistant (DWVA).
With over 15 years’ experience in the legal industry, working in litigation
and debt recovery, I’m someone who just gets things done. I’m proactive,
organised and known for anticipating what’s needed before it’s even asked. I
also understand how much time admin can take out of a lawyer’s day.
As a freelance legal assistant, I now use that experience to support sole
practitioners with reliable admin help so they can focus on their clients
and having more time for themselves.
Based in Adelaide, I work remotely with practitioners across Australia.
Outside of work, I’m a mum and a coffee lover, often found in the kitchen
testing new recipes or catching up with family and friends.

How we get started
Great support changes everything.
Ready to get started? Here’s how it works.
1. discovery call
We start with a quick discovery call to discuss your needs, budget and whether we are a good fit.
2. sign contract
If we are both happy to move forward, I will then send a contract.
3. onboarding call
Once signed, we will schedule an onboarding call to discuss specific tasks, timeframes and any other details so we can get started.
